Between the two of us, we’ve spent over 40 years working with what really matters - people.

Lena has guided teams, personalities, and complex situations through her years in HR, while Zabeth has helped families, kids, and customers navigate everything from policies to everyday moments. Together, we’ve mastered the art of listening, organizing chaos, and bringing calm to situations that can feel overwhelming.
