Meet Lena & Zabeth

Between the two of us, we have spent over 40 years working with what really matters - people. Lena has guided teams, personalities, and big ideas through her years in HR, while Zabeth has helped families, kids, and customers navigate everything from policies to playgrounds. Together, we've mastered the art of listening, organizing chaos, and keeping a sense of humor when life gets messy. Dear Darling is our shared way of turning that experience into something deeply human - helping families find calm, clarity, and maybe even a small smile during the hardest moments.
